Pretoria Live approached us to develop an all-in-one event management and entertainment platform that would showcase local events, performances, and nightlife in Pretoria, South Africa. The goal was to create a modern, dynamic website and mobile app that would serve as the go-to hub for residents and visitors looking for live entertainment, from concerts and festivals to exclusive parties. Pretoria Live needed a platform that not only listed events but also allowed users to purchase tickets, receive updates, and explore venues around the city.

Key Deliverables:

• Event Management Platform: We developed a feature-rich platform that allows event organizers to post upcoming events, including detailed descriptions, images, and ticket availability. The website features an easy-to-navigate interface, enabling users to browse events by category, date, or location. The platform supports both free and paid events, with built-in ticket sales functionality.

• Mobile App: To complement the website, we built a mobile app that mirrors the website’s functionality, allowing users to browse events, buy tickets, and receive real-time notifications about upcoming shows. • Payment Integration: Secure payment gateways were integrated for seamless ticket purchasing, with support for various payment methods, including credit cards, mobile payments, and direct bank transfers.

• Platform: WordPress for content management and WooCommerce for eCommerce and ticket sales.
• Mobile App: React Native for cross-platform mobile app development (iOS and Android).
• Payment Gateway: Integrated with PayFast and SnapScan for secure online transactions.
